At this point your samples have been received, logged into the system, extracted and analyzed.

The results have received their first review by the supervisor of each respective department... now the final step begins!

Your personalized Client Services Manager (CSM) handles your account from beginning to end. Your CSM monitors your project from the point of acceptance in sample custody when they review and double checks the accuracy of sample log-in.

When all departments have completed analysis, your CSM will begin final QA/QC report review, printing, invoicing, faxing, emailing and hardcopy mailing. By keeping these separate functions in a common service area, better communication exists to allow us to handle the high volume of samples we process on a daily basis.

Even with the high sample volume of 5,000 samples per month described earlier, Florida-Spectrum manages to maintain an average turnaround time of 6.1 calendar days on all internally performed work!
